Steven Knott, MARLA
Steven Knott, MARLA, is the general manager and head of property management at The Letting Quarter. He began his tenure with the company in 2016 as a property management administrator and has since advanced to lead the property management department.
Steven oversees the property management team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. His leadership has been instrumental in maintaining The Letting Quarter's reputation for excellence in property management.
Steven is ARLA-qualified and a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA), reflecting his commitment to professional standards and continuous development in the property management sector.
Pam Dewhurst
Pam Dewhurst is one of the directors of The Letting Quarter and has lived in Hitchin since the 1990s. Having grown up in a family business, a stint at an equity release firm piqued her interest in property, and she joined The Letting Quarter family in 2007 as a residential sale negotiator.
Attracted by the rapid pace of finding homes for local families in the lettings department, she switched teams and, in 2017, became director of lettings.
Pam is proud to have won several Allagent.co.uk customer review awards, including best female letting agent.
